Mulher com extenso histórico criminoso é presa no RJ por roubar vítimas em encontros marcados por redes sociais
Raquel de Melo Pereira, de 25 anos, possui 18 registros criminais e foi detida após marcar encontros por aplicativos para cometer roubos; Justiça decreta prisão preventiva.
Na madrugada deste sábado (2), a Polícia Civil do Rio de Janeiro deteve Raquel de Melo Pereira, de 25 anos, suspeita de usar redes sociais para agendar encontros casuais e, posteriormente, roubar suas vítimas. A mulher, com um histórico de 18 anotações criminais, incluindo estelionato e furto mediante fraude, foi presa pela 67ª DP (Guapimirim) na rodovia Rio-Teresópolis.
De acordo com informações da polícia, em novembro deste ano, Raquel teria marcado um encontro com um morador de Guapimirim, na Baixada Fluminense, onde teria subtraído todo o dinheiro da vítima, além de um cartão bancário, realizando transações fraudulentas. Investigações posteriores revelaram que a mulher também teria cometido um crime semelhante no final do ano anterior, enganando outra pessoa através de redes sociais. Embora tenha sido anteriormente detida, foi liberada em setembro e, segundo as autoridades policiais, retomou suas práticas criminosas.
O delegado Fabrício Costa ressaltou a importância da prisão, destacando que a suspeita é reincidente em crimes desse tipo, utilizando o mesmo método: organiza encontros informais por meio de redes sociais e, quando as vítimas estão distraídas, acessa seus dispositivos para realizar transações bancárias ou roubar cartões e dinheiro.
A Justiça do Rio de Janeiro determinou a prisão preventiva de Raquel, que agora enfrentará acusações por furto mediante fraude, crime passível de pena de 4 a 8 anos de reclusão. As informações são da CNN
