Motorista de Porsche que Matou Motoboy é Denunciado por Homicídio Triplamente Qualificado

O Ministério Público de São Paulo denunciou Igor Ferreira Sauceda, de 27 anos, por homicídio triplamente qualificado nesta quinta-feira (1º). Ele é acusado de atropelar e matar o motoboy Pedro Kaique Ventura Figueiredo na Avenida Interlagos, na zona Sul de São Paulo.
Segundo a denúncia, o motorista do Porsche agiu com intenção de matar, por motivo fútil, utilizando meio cruel e sem dar chance de defesa à vítima.
Além disso, o Ministério Público pediu que fosse estabelecido um valor mínimo de indenização a ser pago por Sauceda aos familiares da vítima, uma vez que o motoboy era casado e sua esposa estava grávida.
O acidente aconteceu por volta de 1h20 da madrugada da última segunda-feira (29). Testemunhas relataram que Sauceda jogou o carro contra a moto de Figueiredo de propósito após uma discussão no trânsito. O motoboy foi socorrido, mas não resistiu aos ferimentos e morreu no hospital.
Sauceda passou pelo teste do bafômetro, que deu negativo. Ele foi preso em flagrante logo após o incidente. Na terça-feira (30), a Justiça converteu a prisão em flagrante de Igor Sauceda em prisão preventiva.
